They are not focused on customer service, the employees only look at the cell phone and the person who helped me reluctantly told me the characteristics of the watch. Terrible customer service, I had to go somewhere else as a better option

I went to the store last week, with the aim of buying a mouse for my Mac, the treatment from the employees was terrible, I imagine they were nephews or grandchildren of Steves Jobs, because their treatment was super rude, there was never any empathy towards him customer and his terrible attitude made me leave disappointed and buy my product in another store.
